Organic Sulfur Crystals $40 (this pickiest supplement in the world See both files Sulfur Living Form and file Directions for Sulfur – must be taken on empty stomach min of 2x/day (that’s’ am and pm not bfast/lunch obviously – and must be taken with AT LEAST the first month using RO water – can drink spring or whatever water rest of the time if you want to – but take sulfur with RO only please say 30 mins b4 meals on empty stomach do not eat/drink for 30 plus mins – my personal belief is to do meals like this:::: first take sulfur then wait 30 mins then drink 2 to 3 or more cups of water (from gallon?) then wait 30 then supplements/meals – that sort of thing b/c this makes it so that you will not have to worry about drinking anything with a meal!
